Step 1: Identify the Type of Hinge

Step 2: Locate the Adjustment Screws

Concealed hinges typically have two adjustment screws: a vertical adjustment screw and a horizontal adjustment screw. Exposed hinges typically have three adjustment screws: a vertical adjustment screw, a horizontal adjustment screw, and a depth adjustment screw.

Step 3: Adjust the Vertical Height

To adjust the vertical height of the cabinet door, use the vertical adjustment screw. Turn the screw clockwise to raise the door and counterclockwise to lower the door.
