How to Fit Kitchen Cupboard Doors

Step 1: Gather Your Tools

Before you start, ensure you have all the necessary tools, including:

Screwdriver
Drill (with appropriate drill bit for hinges)
Hammer
Level
Pencil
Tape measure
Hinges (as per the number of doors you need to fit)
Screws

Step 2: Mark the Hinge Positions

Using a pencil, mark the locations of the hinge cups on the inside of the cupboard door and the cabinet frame. Ensure the hinges are evenly spaced and parallel to each other.

Step 3: Drill Pilot Holes

Drill pilot holes for the hinge screws using a drill bit slightly smaller than the screw diameter. This will prevent the wood from splitting when the screws are driven in.
