How to Build a Rustic Kitchen Sink Cabinet

Attach the drawer slides to the inside of the cabinet frame and to the bottom of the drawer fronts. Make sure the drawer slides are level.

Step 7: Install the drawers

Slide the drawers into the cabinet frame. Make sure the drawers open and close smoothly.

Step 8: Stain or paint the cabinet

Stain or paint the cabinet to your desired finish. Make sure to allow the stain or paint to dry completely.

Step 9: Apply polyurethane

Apply polyurethane to the cabinet to protect it from water and wear. Make sure to allow the polyurethane to dry completely.
